• Are you an assisted living facility?

  No.  We are senior apartments for seniors 55 and over who are capable of independent living.
  

• Are pets allowed?

  Yes.  Cats and small dogs less than 25 lbs.

• Are garages available?

  Yes, garages are available.

• Are utilities included in the rent?

  Heat and hot water are included in the rent.

• Are all of the apartments the same size?

  No, the Beltrone Living Center offers 5 different floor plans.
