The Beltrone Living Center is like a community within a community – with all the friendly neighborhood spirit one would expect – including a senior service center, a restaurant, a beauty/barber salon, a country café, and a myriad of other activities and services. The Beltrone Living Center is owned by The Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. CSSC is located on the first floor of The Beltrone Living Center in the Ralph E. and Elsie K. Douty Senior Center. CSSC provides their programs and services from these offices to all residents and the entire senior community of the town. In addition to programs and services,

With two lovely lakes, a walking path and picturesque landscaping, you’ll
think you’re at a beautiful country retreat! Relax on the large
patio overlooking the sparkling fountain. Invite your family and friends
for a summer picnic. For those who enjoy gardening, you can show off
your talents in the community garden. You’ll also enjoy the brand
new 140-acre town park located right next to our grounds, to the southeast
of The Beltrone Living Center. |

Security The Beltrone Living Center was designed with your security in mind. Each bedroom and bath is equipped with an emergency call system. Additionally, the entire building and each apartment home is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Your peace-of-mind is further assured with the 24-hour visual security intercom system operational in the lobbies, common areas and the entrance system for every apartment home. |
